We cooperate with our distributors to provide :

Platinum Contract

This contract comprises the following:

All Spare Parts including the x-ray generator head.
All transport and freight costs for spare parts
All Labour costs – 7 days per week (including travel to and from site)
Preventative maintenance services every 3 months (including radiation safety checks)
All Emergency Call-outs.

Gold Contract

This Contract comprises the following:

All Spare Parts excluding the x-ray generator head.
All transport and freight costs for spare parts
All Labour – 5 days per week Mon-Fri, 08h:00-17h:00 (including travel to and
from site)
Preventative maintenance services every 4 months (including radiation safety checks)
Four (4) Emergency Call-outs per annum.

Silver Contract

Excludes all Spare Parts and freight
Preventative maintenance services every 3 months (including radiation safety checks).
All Service charge labour – Mon-Fri, 08h 00-17h:00
Two (2) Emergency Call-outs per annum

Bronze Contract

This Contract comprises:

Excludes all Spare Parts and freight
Preventative maintenance services every 4 months (including radiation safety checks)
All Service charge labour – Mon-Fri 08h00-17hoo
